Supporting the re-roofing project at the Concord Civic Center. The work involves removing existing HVAC equipment, re-installing it, and modifying the HVAC system to accommodate the new sloped roof. No new HVAC units are being installed – we are re-using the existing ductwork and units, but ensuring that all control, gas, and power connections are re-hooked up or replaced as needed.

One of the unique aspects of this job is that the original contractor abandoned the project, leaving it unfinished for two years. We stepped in on an insurance claim to complete the work and ensure the project is finished before the rainy season hit. Unfortunately, the rainy season arrived, and we are still in the final stages of completion, working hard to finish it up despite the weather challenges.
