Helicopter Rigging for Replacement Units

Matrix HG led efforts for the removal of existing rooftop units and installation of replacement systems by helicopter rigging and lift operations at the Great Mall in Milpitas. Matrix was responsible for the reclaiming of refrigerant, scraping of the rooftop units, and performed cutting and patching in existing areas and structures. Matrix removed the rooftop units from the mall property in accordance with OSHA regulations and provided all coordination actions/updates between Mall Management Teams and contractors. Matrix was responsible for acquiring necessary permits and managed all project solutions within Local, State, and Federal law guidelines.
